POLICIES

Check-in: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Early or late check-in must be
prearranged.
•
Checkout: 11:00 a.m.
•
Advanced reservations are a must. Payment plus a $500 security
deposit must be received within 1
week of reservation.
•
Cancellation: Because it seems guests seem to want the same times at
booking. We will reschedule you at another time in the future
and apply your money to a future stay. We cannot refund room nights for early
departure.
•
Rental Period: A minimum stay is one week.
•
Smoking for the health of our guests all interior residential areas
are SMOKE FREE. An additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged if
you smoke in the rooms or any of the interiors of the
property. Smoking is allowed outside but if cigarette buts are left
on the grounds a $200 fee will be charged.
•
We accept Cash, cashiers check money order & personal checks. Please write check to Diana Tupper, mail
to: 495 Coutant Ln. Grants Pass, OR 97527
•
Deposits: A refundable Security deposit of $ 500 after the home is
cleaned (max. of 7 days) Guests will be held liable for theft;
excessive cleaning & damage other than normal wear & tear. A signed
copy of your Visa or Master card & Signature will be required before
checking in.
•
Utilities: Cable TV & all utilities + weekly maid service included.
New appliances- dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, washer & dryer.
Kitchen is ready to use, just bring groceries.
•
Condition: Like new. Fully furnished home & kitchen
•
Start Up Supplies: paper towels, toilet paper, dish, hand, and
laundry soap, charcoal for barbecue.
•
Pets: I regret that I cannot accept pets…
•
Rules: Due to the setting being quiet & peaceful we regret there can
not be music, especially "RAP" or "Hip-Hop" coming from the
rental.
•In
the summer, please do not have
the windows open with the air conditioner on....In the winter,
please do not have the heat on with the windows open!!!
